At casa Services, we believe independence looks different for everyone
Our role is to walk alongside you with care, respect and clinical expertise so you can live confidently in a place you call home.
Supported Independent Living is not just assistance with daily tasks. It is personalised, structured support delivered by a skilled and compassionate team who understand that your home should feel safe, empowering and genuinely yours.
Whether you require 24 hour support or targeted assistance throughout the day, casa provides consistent, high quality care tailored to your goals.
What is Supported Independent Living?
Supported Independent Living (SIL) helps people with disability live as independently as possible in their own home. It combines practical support with skill development, ensuring you feel secure, capable and in control of your daily life.
Our approach focuses on building confidence, strengthening life skills and maintaining dignity in every interaction.
Who SIL is for
Casa proudly supports NDIS participants with SIL funding across a wide range of needs.

We provide:
Support for intellectual, physical and psychosocial disabilities
Experienced care for participants with complex medical or behavioural needs
Oversight of Behaviour Support Plans
Clinical Leads (Registered Nurses)
What sets casa apart is our clinical governance. All SIL services operate under the supervision of qualified Clinical Leads (Registered Nurses) who oversee health care planning, medication management and complex care coordination.
This ensures your support is not only compassionate, but clinically sound and delivered to the highest professional standards.
Life in a casa Home
Choosing a casa home means joining a supportive, respectful community where your goals come first.
Our support includes:
- Personal care delivered with dignity and respect
- Assistance with shopping, meal preparation and medication
- Support to manage routines, finances and household tasks
- Active encouragement to stay connected to community and social networks
We understand the importance of culture and connection. For Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander participants, our Aboriginal Liaison Officers provide Cultural Care, including support to maintain connection to Country and community.
At casa, independence is nurtured, not rushed. We move at your pace, building skills and confidence along the way.
Thoughtful Housemate Matching
A successful home begins with the right fit.
We carefully match housemates based on:
- Shared interests and personality
- Age and lifestyle compatibility
- Support needs and care balance
- Cultural background and preferences
Our considered approach helps create stable, respectful households where everyone can feel comfortable and supported.
